What are your hours of operation? Are you open on holidays?

We are open every day (including holidays) from 8:00am to 8:00pm with extended hours at our Mockingbird/Love Field location from 6am to 2am.

Do I need an appointment?

All patients are welcome to make an appointment or walk into any of our Citra Urgent Care Clinic locations. If you choose to walk in, please know there may be a wait due to patients with scheduled appointments.

 

How do I set up my Patient Portal?

You’ll receive a pin number with clear instructions for setting up your Patient Portal during your visit. As always, our care team is always available to help with the process if needed. Please contact us at 844.585.3544 for further assistance.

What is the age range of patients you see?

Our experienced healthcare professionals are trained to care for patients 3 months and older.

Should I go to the urgent care or the ER?

Citra Urgent Care treats most non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries.

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please call 911 immediately.

  • Shortness of breath
  • Severe trauma or bleeding
  • Severe abdominal pain
  • Drug overdose/accidental poisoning
  • Chest pain
  • Symptoms of a stroke (e.g. facial drooping, arm/leg weakness or paralysis, speech difficulty)
What To Expect

Who will treat me?

Expect outstanding urgent care provided by experienced Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians. All providers are highly-trained in emergency medicine and/or family medicine.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a photo ID and insurance card. If the patient is a minor, we use the photo ID of the accompanying parent or guardian.

How long is the typical wait time?

Our goal is to get you cared for and out the door in under an hour. However, wait times vary depending on the severity of your conditions and the volume of patients seeking care.

Do you offer STD/STI testing?

Absolutely! We offer standard and rapid STD/STI testing at all locations.

 

Does Citra offer radiology/imaging services?

Yes, digital X-ray machines are available at every Citra Urgent Care clinic location and we’re happy to provide you with digital copies of images.

Please Note: We do not offer CT Scans or Sonograms.

Does Citra offer lab testing?

Yes, we provide a wide range of in-house labs. We also partner with an external lab for additional services.

Do you accept my insurance?

We are in-network with all major insurances including Medicare, Tricare, and most Medicaid plans. If you have questions about coverage, your co-pay, or deductible, please call your insurance provider or the nearest Citra Urgent Care clinic location.

What if I don’t have insurance?

It’s ok! We offer a competitive flat rate of $129 which covers virtually everything. No stress. No surprises. Explore what to expect.

How much will my visit cost?
